Therapy rooted in understanding where you’ve been and supporting where you are going.

What you're experiencing makes sense in the context of what you've been through. Therapy is a space to slow down, explore what lies beneath without judgment, and develop new ways of responding so you can move forward with more clarity and intention.

I work with adults throughout California through secure telehealth, with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Trying to make sense of what you’re feeling?

Hello, I'm Tina.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you're going through without minimizing your feelings or feeling like you have to navigate everything on your own.

The ways we think, feel, and respond often make sense in the context of what we've been through. Together, we'll explore what's been weighing on you, understand patterns that may be affecting your daily life and relationships, and discover new ways to move forward.

Finding Your Way Forward

You may not always know exactly what's wrong. You may simply know that something feels harder than it used to.

Here's what we can work toward together.

Less Overthinking, More Clarity

Quiet the constant second-guessing and find more clarity in your thoughts, decisions, and daily life.

A Kinder Relationship With Yourself

Move away from constant self-criticism and make room for greater self-acceptance and compassion.

Feeling More Emotionally Grounded

Find ways to navigate anxiety, stress, and difficult emotions without feeling so overwhelmed by them.

Making Peace With the Past

Begin working through experiences that still weigh on you and find space for healing at your own pace.

Feeling More Connected

Explore what gets in the way of meaningful connection and build relationships that feel healthier and more fulfilling.

Finding Your Own Way Forward

Reconnect with what matters to you and make choices that feel more aligned with the life you want to live.

I work with adults from a range of backgrounds and experiences. I recognize that our families, cultures, relationships, and communities shape how we see ourselves, navigate emotions, and move through life.

For some, family and cultural expectations can influence how we approach success, responsibility, relationships, boundaries, or asking for support. At times, this can create tension between what we want for ourselves and what we feel is expected of us.

Therapy offers a space to explore these experiences openly and without judgment. Together, we'll work to understand the patterns and experiences that have shaped you, reconnect with what matters to you, and explore what you want to carry forward or approach differently.

My approach is holistic, recognizing that healing can involve more than talking through experiences. We'll also pay attention to how emotions show up in your body, how past experiences may influence your responses today, and how you can begin to relate to yourself and your experiences in new ways.

A Culturally Responsive & Holistic Space

My Approach

Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I draw from different therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to your goals, needs, and experiences.

Woman sitting on a couch with her hand on her chest, looking worried or unwell, with a coffee cup and book on a side table nearby in a cozy living room.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

A woman sitting at a wooden table, writing in a notebook with a pen, in a bright room with a large window and a bookshelf in the background.

EMDR is a structured therapy approach that can help you process distressing experiences and reduce the impact those experiences continue to have in the present.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

A woman practicing meditation in a bright, minimalist room with large windows and potted plant.

IFS offers a way to get to know the different parts of yourself and the patterns you've developed to protect yourself. It can create space to approach difficult emotions and patterns with greater curiosity and compassion.

Dialectical-Informed Strategies

DBT-informed skills can be helpful when you're feeling overwhelmed or having a difficult time managing emotions. We may work on mindfulness, coping skills, emotional regulation, and navigating challenging situations.
